Most of the time I would not rank anyone 5 stars in every single category but I can honestly say that Jess was EXCELLENT all around. She is a pillar of knowledge/experience in the Philadelphia Region. Prior to working with Jess and searching for a home to buy in Philadelphia in early 2013 I had worked with several other realtors who seemed to be handling my requests, emails, phone calls with a decent level of competency, but once I met Jess and spoke to her about purchasing a home I knew I had to switch immediately. Typically I wouldn't do that, but after requesting information from Jess and receiving an amazingly crafted message from her explaining why I should use her as my realtor, I couldn't resist. From looking to closing she was always 'on-the-ball' figuring out my preferences and then transforming them into property viewings. In fact, I believe it only took two weeks of working with her to find my current home. THAT is how good she is. Not only is she good at finding homes for those looking, but she is also very attentive/responsive to emails, phone calls, etc (even late at night!), keeps you well informed throughout the entire Home Buying Process, and will represent your best interest to make sure you are getting the best deal you can get. She is also a pleasure to interact with (quite funny) which is a great quality to have when dealing with the stresses of looking/buying a home! I purchased my first house when I moved from NC. I came out for 3 days to get it done, and we did, after seeing about 40 options in 3 days. Jessica was fabulous; I could not have conquered the challenge without her. She was patient and so good at helping manage my anxiety. After I selected the house I could not make it back out til move in day. Jessica handled the inspection, closing, and even wood floor refinishing for me. You won't find a more responsive, personable, and helpful realtor.
Five years later I sold the house when work transferred me to Florida, she got it done in record time, above asking, and handled what appeared to be a very difficult buyer's agent with grace and class. She's the most professional and patient person I can imagine. Do NOT hesitate to hire her.
